As the lead organizer, I successfully planned and executed Full Access’s annual Sprout Film Festival, which celebrates the work of filmmakers with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My role involved overseeing every aspect of the event, from securing sponsorships to ensuring smooth event operations.

Thanks to our targeted marketing efforts, the festival saw its largest turnout since its inception in 2009, with approximately 160 attendees at this free community event.
